First off, congratulations. If you don't mind sharing, are you moving there for work or studies?

What to DL would depend on which groups you like, but assuming you've watched the basics, both of HKT's shows are very good (Hakata Hyakkaten and Odekake) but they don't have that many episodes if you need stuff to watch for weeks. Nogidoko, which was mentioned already, is entertaining and quite long if you haven't watched it. Shukan AKB is often forgotten, but especially the first years are worth watching and the series has lots of episodes to watch.

Bimyo and NMB's Geinin can provide you with comedy, since I imagine you might get tired with just variety. Movies that the members star in could work, especially if you like girls like Acchan or Yuko who have been in many high-quality productions.

Concerts have several hours to watch and especially the performances can be watched several times, so I'd DL a couple of those too. Tokyo Dome is great, if you haven't watched it already.
