The mod is already installed. If by load you mean play, then you go to Arcade > Library > DotS and from there you can make or quickjoin a lobby.

If you wish to search for a particular lobby, then go to Arcade > Lobby list where below the lobby list you will find a "Find private lobby" button.

Also, don't forget to join the /jp/dots chat channel! Lobby invites are linked to that channel!

It has a different map, completely different items for the most part and each 2hu has its own original skill set. But you could say it is dota only with cute 2hus.
