But that's not where it "all went wrong", the precise moment she changed her attitude was after the devastating Nendo test where they all laughed at her when she was hurting bad. She probably just went "OK, I see how it is... fuck you all, I'm not going to act like this is some precious little girls club anymore"

As painful as that whole thing was to watch she seems a lot happier and livelier now doing her own thing and not giving a fuck, and with her slowly starting to morph into Ayaka I'd rather say it's all going very right.
