All three are legit-as-fuck, HG doll offers intermediary shipping (they sell loli dolls). AV-Doll and Dollto are direct, they have access to in-stock inventory for faster shipping.

I am know for a fact these vendors are legit:
silicone-lovers (epic service, great people - honest)
dollchannel (US warehouse)

Ymmv with any vendor, DYOR, ask questions - read the fine print, know your options, know your accessories. The best deal I found was av-doll. They were way slower on the customer service but delivered as promised with a healthy discount.
