Would he even care about Hecatia? People bring her up a lot, but Touhou's Hell is a very different place than the one Doomguy's dealing with.
Like, half of the "demons" are only torturing sinners for their sins so they can be reincarnated, and the other half are just immense anti-authorians doing as they please without really bothering anyone but other hell-dwellers.
Doomguy doesn't kill demons because he's on some deranged crusade against "hell" on principle, but because his demons are fucknuts invading Earth and murdering people. He's out there for humanity against a clear and definite threat, which Touhou's hell isn't.
And even if he would go down there to deal with some trouble, Hecatia is unlikely to care enough to oppose him; if he has the power to slaughter scores of oni then it's his right to do so, wa yon.
