Fubuki is adressing the weird noises she's been making all stream: basically it's her usual self (if you didn't already know from her previous competitive games, Mario kart comes to mind) breathing a little too hard into the mic.
Also the mic might be closer to her mouth than usual today so it picked up all sorts of noises.
Noises which I don't really mind personally I think it's cute and hot.
