I believe we should return to the topic of excessively decorated charts.
For example, this exhibit has big animated picture right in the center.
Positioning it this way says something about the person who did this particular chart and about people who excessively decorate their charts in general.
It says that this image is more important to them than their 1cc's. They feel that they should show-off their favourite Touhou character, as if it was of some importance or relevance, rather than their 1cc's. They are, ultimately, secondaries.
While they play games, characters and cute pictures are more important to them, which is a definitive secondary trait.

I have nothing against slightly decorated charts, but there is a line we should draw.

How's this for my first month?
