/a/ might not be as shit with their moderation but it's about the same level of fun these days because of 1) mods being asshurt rather than /v/'s neglectful mods, 2) the userbase changed to normalfags with shit taste, don't make OC, contrarian with nothing else to say, and overall just boring, 3) anime as a whole is shit and once you've read a great manga you really don't have much to say about it after 50 threads (either shounenshit that reaches bump limit despite the fact that it's the exact same posts being every time or a series that isn't popular therefore nobody gives a fuck and it slides down to the archives with 3 posts if you're lucky)
With all this shit you start thinking to yourself "maybe it's better not to talk about anime and manga in the first place" unless it's a story that sincerely touched your heart
Pic related is literally the only series I still want to talk about out of the 300+ manga I've read but nobody cares about it anymore so there's nothing to say to no one
