E5 is "hard" if you include praying for your sub to not route taiha.
Once you get to the boss its pic related while your sub becomes a god tank and your hotels go to town on the boss.

I'm starting on E6 right now and I'd rank the previous maps (all hard) in terms of difficulty as such:
E3>E5>E4>E1>E2
