Hiroko has legitimate development, but it all happens at the end.

And the real character-changing development occurs OFFSCREEN. I guess you can say that doesn't count.

I liked Nekoko's route most.

Ironically, Hiroko's problems seemed much more real than Aeka's and Mizuki's.
