That one never works for me, but the others do in varying degrees.
Mexa is the best, way faster than the others and doesn't seem to have much of a restriction on how much or how many times you can download per day.
Katfile is slow and does seem to have a limit. Uploaded is similar, but I don't think it lets you download any files over 1GB.
