It doesn't matter. Either that one or the one it is based on as they are no different in the information you should be concerned about. Divide into Recall and Recognition cards. Ideally in separate decks and then choose if your goal is to write Kanji in which case you do both. Ignore all information except the keywords. Flashcards are useless if you attempt to remember too many pieces of information at once.
Create your own vocabulary deck and simply add all the CIRCLED words that come up. You will also absorb the readings through the circled vocabulary, NOT through the keyword deck.
