Sort of, but we already have automatic theorem provers almost since digital computers are a thing and they are not really considered AGI even though it is better at logic than any human (and there are also neural ones). It will obviously do a very bad job (as it can't really separate facts, lies, objective, subjective, important, trivial, sarcasm, figure of speech when adding to the database) so I have no doubts no one will call it AGI outside of the marketing team. But for very restricted domains (for example inside a game where you have very few options within roleplaying range, or if you're very careful when talking to your waifu) it might become somewhat acceptable.
