I'm struggling to finish Umineko, every episode was enjoyable and even episode 8 was pretty solid until the lesbo duel. Afterwards the battle with Bern was the lamest climax of any episode, it had every Umineko trope ever, from Battler "dying" and getting up 5 minutes later to the Ushiromiyas getting random powerups. I thought the Trick ending was based as fuck but now I've been dragging my feet for over a week to find the motivation to read the copium Magic ending as well since that's clearly the canon one.
