That’s it. I’m never going to Starbucks again. I’m done with them.
I usually love Starbucks. I haven’t been to Starbucks in about 4 years since I went to the original in Seattle. And back then it was perfect.

I went to Starbucks yesterday and it was horrible. The barista took my order but I didn’t feel like she was doing it sincerely, she was just going through the motions. It felt so artificial. The customer service felt more genuine 4 years ago.
And they didn’t have the seasonal drink I wanted which pisses me off. So I just drank other stuff that’s delicious and popular, but I don’t like it as much as my seasonal favorite.

Starbucks didn’t allow the self serve milk and sugar station because of covid, they just give little prepared creamer containers and sugar packets to everyone. That’s stupid. I’ve been to many other coffee shops and they don’t bother to force you to take creamer to be good cafes. People can drink their coffee black just fine.

I can’t believe I spent 600 yen on a latte when other cafes are selling them for 300 still. I give it a 3/10. If you like Starbucks’ regular menu maybe it’s a 6/10. But I don’t recommend going there ever again.
