I didn't buy it at first but the more time passes the more I feel like the Monaca thing screwing them over rumor is probably true— the extra bath bomb was what convinced me.
I feel like so far the timeline is consistent with the factors of the holiday season not having much leeway for debuts due to tournament and event rush, having to make a new song with someone else (and all the red tape that comes with it), and possibly even redoing promotional material that might have mentioned Monaca, or even just having to redo the illusts to fit the new song.
It's probably a cope on my end, but from experience so much can be thrown into chaos from just one public facing person showing their ass and ruining it for everyone, especially in the entertainment industry.
I'm still holding out for Warabi to turn into a mascot.
