I'll admit, I do have problems on the second somewhat frequently, but if you look deep into the spell for what's coming at you it should be doable. Much like Kogasa's first, even.
The third one, I can't imgaine how you beat Koishi without capturing it... I can capture it about 3/4 or 4/5 of the time now and I'm not even halfway through Koishi. It just takes some streaming until you dodge hard left or right and double back, just don't slam into the bullets on the sides.
It's easier if you stay near the middle of the screen, closer to Sanae than might be otherwise prudent. The side bullets aren't as bad, then, as they come down diagonally more often than not.

Sanae is one of us living the dream. Do you think she sometimes misses her home?
