I only managed to sink her once and it was on the last run where I only need 21 damage to push LD. The 700+ damage nukes start happening after debuff right? Do you full TCI on LD or do mixed-CI?

I hope my math isn't wrong but you get 10 mochi from one time quests, 10 from weeklies over 3 weeks so 40 from quests if you don't miss any weeklies. Hard clearing gives you 12 mochi and Medium nets you 7 for a total of 52 and 47 respectively.
Again by my math you need 48 mochi for all the quests doing the weekly only one time. People who clear on Medium will not be able to do the final quest unless they had at least one mochi from before the event or we get an extension.
I have exactly one mochi from earlier but I'm still trying for Hard
