I never said anything about Nasu hating eroge, I just think that had it not been for Takeuchi he would still have been writing novels/short stories.
In the same interview Nasu clarifies that until then he'd only played the all ages versions of To-Heart and ONE on his PS, and Takeuchi let him borrow his PC to play Kanon in order to learn about eroge.
