So here's my story, I thought I had been beaten by amiami not to ever get my fumo, not being aware of the wave restock. It was time for me to go catch my train when I suddendly learn about the restock, within the train I manage to snatch myself a Renko fumo. I believe this to be destiny. (I got it about 2h40 after the sale started).
