If we're just talking about zatsudans because by default basically everyone is/should be good at chatting as that's literally their job, and even ignoring that idea talking about games just spreads the net way too wide to actually give a comprehensive answer, then Melissa gives me the same kind of vibes as 2018 Deron. Not exactly the same, and maybe I'm biased because she's one of the few people whose zatsudans I still actively watch, but still. All of Meifu's really good when it comes to those things actually, to the point where I'd go so far as to say that's "their thing". Dola's another but she's far more subdued than the rest nowadays. And on the off-chance you aren't a newfag/tribalist/just looking for general answers, Marine and Tamaki's pretty up there too, the formers late night streams are way better than her usual ones though.
