I can come up with 3 possible conclusions to this:
1. Management has some kind of blackmail on her so she's forced to center and perform even though she doesn't want to. Her zero effort in concerts and variety shows is a way to rebel against them like a spoiled teenager would.
2. She actually legitimately has some sort of autism and thinks she's the best fucking thing to ever happen to Keyaki and therefore believes she doesn't need to put in any effort.
3. She suffers from a delusion of middle school syndrome (chuunibyou) and thinks she's super fucking cool for having zero emotion and not caring about the quality of her group's performance. Pretty sure Hibiki has a big role in this, seeing as she had to act as some fucking psycho emo weirdo and got recognized as an actress (lol) for it.

Either way, Hirate Yurina is probably the worst thing to ever happen to Sakamichi, and no I am not exaggerating. Literally the most destructive thing to ever happen. She needs to graduate asap and the group needs to focus on 2nd gen while 1st gen plays the support role.
