Here's the juicy data for anyone who wants to analyze it.

>Percentage is hit percent, the symbols just show the type of equipment he's using and aren't that important, you can see the equipment itself listed on the right side.

>The important takeaways are that gun accuracy is weighed more than secondary gun accuracy which in turn is weighed more than radar accuracy, guns too heavy for a ship class will cause an acc penalty while proper size / lower size will provide an accuracy boost, and upgraded guns provide an accuracy boost.

>Second, caliber size and ship level have been PROVEN to have a significant, observable effect on accuracy in 0-morale 1-1 testing and in Combined Fleet. Furthermore, instead of a +5 FP modifier, ships in Combined Fleet gain a 1.1(x+15) FP bonus, dropping the equipment softcap to 123 instead of 145. In other words, even if 46 cms are worth using outside of combined fleet, they provide almost NO benefit over 35.6/41cm prototypes in combined fleet because you reach FP softcap much sooner and then on top of that, miss out on correct caliber bonuses. To add onto this point, in 0-morale testing, correct gun caliber has an overwhelming contribution to accuracy whereas +ACC from both main guns (prototype 35.6/41s) and RADARs do not - ultimately, you'll want to use the BEST UPGRADED small-caliber gun appropriate to that BB class (35.6s for Kongous, 41s for Nagatos/BBVs, 46s for Yamatos) with a seaplane scout and an AP shell for Combined Fleet.

Thanks. That's a lot of info to take in, and the data is compiled from different people's inputs. There are also so many things not specified/unconsidered, such as (response 15-143) whether 4x35.6cm on Ise seemingly is more "accurate" from Ise just not having enough damage and what not.

I'm going to need a long time to digest all this.

14-410's test is nice, since he only changed one variable going from 2x41 doubles to 2x46 triples which does indeed show that 2x46 triples are too heavy for Nagato. However, there's a discrepencty with 15-473's data who did 2x46 triples + +4 from radars, which shows far lower accuracy (32.3%) vs 14-410's 2x46 triple's 38.1%.

Goddamn. Again, I need time to mull over this.
