Well. I've never seen confirmed proof, if that's what you're asking. Most of the arguments are on the level of "this looks like a bulge but it could be lighting/angle/a quirk of how the fabric is bunched up" or "fat thighs = must be a guy".

Facts are: vast majority of the stage show performers are female. Most common male role is the main baddie. That's not to say males-playing-females don't exist (and I've seen some speculation that Cure Chocolat will attract a higher percentage than normal) but it's rare.

It's mostly wishful thinking, as much as the idea of crossdressing guys appeals.
