No. If anything, it's less painful now with Meguri's ongoing developments combined with some foreknowledge of the probable conclusion from Sotsu.

The niinii sukisuki never changed, but otherwise that awful part of her life is finally over. Nii-nii is coming back. Teppei will no longer hurt her. And I think Meguri's ending could depict some soul-healing regarding the lyrics of her always having to act strong and hide her pain.
