Not true, he only mentioned being surprised a couple of times and it was for things that weren't even critical to the plot anyway. Quit lying about the outline because again, he mentions in detail the plot of the show as if he wrote it and talks about all the character motivations and how much Satoko is obsessed with Rika.

There is only one adaptation and is the only one Ryukishi acknowledged in the VN and in the interviews since he wrote it, which makes it canon.

Nothing in the Hou+ afterparty acknowledges the console arcs, in fact Hou+ as a whole says the console arcs never happened because Matsuribayashi contradicts Miotsukushi. It doesn't even have the alternate endings from the console versions of the old arcs or even the tiny Natsumi cameo the console version of Watanagashi-hen has, and of course Ryukishi didn't write anything about the console arcs for Gou.
