If you're going full goat (or accepting the manga as canon), then the events should be generally equivalent to the events of EP7's Tea Party, possibly with some differing minor details. In which case, Yasuda was not killing anybody, the epitaph was solved before the First Twilight even began. They just left the opportunity available for the adults to begin massacring each other over money, as predicted.
