According to eraMegaten, Patchy is not a virgin. She also has 100 Stamina. Did she just deadfish everything over the years?

Speaking of which, in TW, which character has the lowest Stamina to begin with? I'm wondering how one could ever do anything to a character with less than 500 stamina, if it doesn't instantly stop training because 'stamina limit reached' the moment you initiate. If TW Patchy had started with 100 stamina, would it require literal years of dragging Patchy out into hurricanes and blizzards to Practice with her until she eventually reached 501 stamina to perform one single action?
