In a scenario where you're in that room with Marina, both holding a katana, and everything that happens in that room is completely excluded from all laws/prosecution for 1 hour, what would you do?

Just for context: She has a katana, but she's not any more trained in using it than you and the scenario starts neutral, so neither you nor her start off in hostile mode. So basically you can try to rape her at the risk of getting fucked up, or you could as well just do nothing and wait out the 60 mins. Anything is possible.
