Go on nofap, then, and give your body some time to revitalize. You probably won't feel much different and it won't suddenly give you super powers, but some time off should allow you to reflect upon what is / isn't attractive to you and give you enough clarity of thought to focus on how to best experience it, if only with your mind.

Tamamo-chan's a Fox! is the title in the official english translation, you can get the first volume on nyaa. Highschool Inari Tamamo-chan is the title in the scanlation, which was abandoned after finishing first four volumes. Too bad, since quality wasn't half bad. You can read it on any manga reader site that hosts it, but most stuff gets posted on mangadex first I guess. I'm using hakuneko to download material to .cbz and then comfortably read offline, so can't really vouch for anything online. Fair warning though, since there are snouts about, the level of furfaggotry is not comfortable for many.
