It's the same for them, but they have a lot more of this junk so they can pump out way more. Boobs and udders are a clump of milk producing tissue surrounded by fat for protection. Getting bigger during pregnancy is because this stuff swells up when the body is using it, not because there's actually a bunch of milk in there. Though I guess it does probably stay pretty soggy so long as it's in operation.
