In all seriousness, it really depends on her personality and what you ultimately want to do with the sex scene. Is he scared for his life? Is he terrified of her or is she just joshing him with some scary wife RP? This all needs to be taken into account to make it work, at least to me.

Some things you can do to turn some of the stereotypes on their heads though to make him more afraid of her is

- Her moral compass and age; Is she freshly turned and doesn't know how her powers work, or is she an ancient vampire who remembers when they used to suck blood and not dicks in MGE, and has no qualms about purging people?

I'd ask you to take all this into consideration before you move forward with it, just as an opinion, mind. Loss of control and dominance in sex is also pretty vexing for a man, as well as stimulating body parts he normally doesn't have stimulated (i.e. the perineum and prostate come to mind, nipples are also questionable and by-the-man basis, what is your fetish isn't necessarily other peoples').
