ITT we imagine a simplified version of Japanese for use as a universal language on the internet. Let's think up some ideas in this thread.

Back at Anonymous, we have a fuckton of languages that each anon speaks. English, French, German, Spanish, Turkish, Arabic, whatever. Since the majority of our documents are in English, well, people are told to learn english or GTFO. That's not a good policy, mostly because English has a fuckton of crazy grammar rules and incoherent spelling conventions. In the end, people end up reading and speaking shitty English.

Some people have put up the question, "why not learn Esperanto"? Well. who really wants to learn that? It might be easier to learn, but that's a benefit only for Romantic or Slavic languages. I haven't seen many people who really sees it's feasibility.

But when it comes to the internet, anonymity, and cultural significance on these networks, Japanese really stands out beyond the others, with 2channel, all the Japanese software devs, and otaku culture plastered everywhere. And the difference from all the other languages is that people actually have a small urge to learn it. You probably know that well.

(i've also heard that it has easier grammar and much easier spelling, but I'm unsure)

(NOTE: I don't know how to speak Japanese, but I do know a lot about how it is written. The most I know is speaking and writing in Chinese. So note that a bunch of shit I'm posting is probably stupid speculation. Sorry about that. Tell me about any concerns.)

I would be honored to let Okuu eat me after I die. It's the only sensible choice, since she is a carrion bird and dead flesh is probably her greatest delicacy. I bet it would make her so happy.
