Try extracting them both at the same time, and they should merge as one video file. The reason it's not seeking for you is likely because the video metadata is showing a different time value than the part you're playing, eg you're playing part A at 48 minutes, but when you check the metadata, it says 2h10m or something like that. They're split files that are meant to be joined together.
