I downloaded the PS3 patch and after carefully comparing it to the japanese PS3 ending CG I have realized the english version shows bits of the CG covered by japanese in the japanese version

Also read the chapter called "When the seagulls cry", "Ange's choice" and "Siege on the chapel" for new scenes not in the VN but you should read the entirety of Ep 8 manga if you want more scenes, those I mentioned just have the most important ones
