Hey QM, I found an alternative to ShareX for Linux users* which you might wanna add to your site:

It's a script for making webms in mpv which can be utilised to easily generate audio clips for your cards.

Instructions:
Once you've installed the script, press SHIFT+W while watching a video to bring up the options. It's all very self-explanatory, but basically you press 1 at the point in the video where you want your audio clip to start and 2 at the point where you want it to end.

Next, since we don't want any video in our webm (would bloat the file size and make encoding take longer), press "_" to temporarily disable the video track, then simply press "e" and an audio-only webm will be created. I wasn't sure if webm would work on Anki cards but it appears to work just fine for me (Version 2.1.15).

You can do this with audiobook files too, it goes without saying.

*It might work in Windows too, I have no idea.
