What defines proper development of a person? Are they eating healthy, are they doing work? What?

Evil being what a group of people think, and not the individual doing it.

How can I know a choice is right, or wrong when morals are wild? I go do some thing that benefits me, but hinder someone else. Or do something that hinders me, but benefit somebody else.

I mean if I do something that benefits me, but hinders somebody else that is wrong. But if I look at it in another perspective it's also good as I'm benefited.

If do something hinder myself, but do something to benefit somebody else that's good that I helped. But bad because I hindered myself.
