I haven't watched it yet (was it eng subbed?), but perhaps it might be something to do with the fact that she is from Osaka/Kansai and so are they. Osaka is the comedy center of Japan, so much so that many comedians from other prefectures often move to Osaka and adopt the Osaka accent to further their career. And Sayanee has that typical silly/joking/crude Osaka personality. Also, although NMB48 is not very popular overall, from what I can gather Sayanee is HUGELY popular in the Kansai region. Like one anon said a few threads ago, she isn't as popular as Sasshi and others in the Kanto (Tokyo) region, but she has appeared on Kansai tv shows a HUGE amount in the last 12 months. Things are going really well for her right now in general.

But anyway, I will go download the show now. Thanks for letting me know about this.
