Do you mean the earlier ones? Because EoSD alone has Rumia, Cirno, Flandre, Remilia, and arguably Sakuya, and that sounds way more like what you're talking about

But I know what you mean. Personally, Iku is one of my favorite touhous just because of her style in the fightan. Not so much the gameplay, just how she looks and how she fights. The drill scarf, her lightning, that stylish posture, that floaty and drifty way she moves like the rolling thunderclouds. It's so cool. I really love her!
