I think its a good possibility. I like cute Okuu, and the thought of a mama Okuu is just adorable. She's a small animal and domesticated pet with a master she stays with, presumably because she loves her enough to call her such, even though she took care of herself before. So I definitely think she'd have to be cute if that were the case.

Being motherly is a strong definitive trait of being a crow if you need further justification for it beyond just being cute, enjoyable, and a common theme for her in fanon.

We dont really get enough taste of her post-SA personality anyway to really know what she is like after the incident, and in Soku she didnt really get enough dialogue to help reinforce any ideas about it.

And in any additional canon written works besides SA and soku were given the exact same information about her we've always been given with only slightly more out of SOPM, with ZUN specifying that nobody really knows what her personality is like, which makes sense since not many people see her above ground anyway.

So my biggest guess is yes, she has her cute and friendly side, and Orin I think a good reference for reinforcing that idea since they are such close friends and SOPM makes her out to be one of the friendliest youkai to humans that isnt much threat at all. She's also shown she's a responsible, good girl after she calmed down post-SA. She has a really important job providing power to the people and she does it well.
