That's a weird logic, the smaller number of male talents the easier to control them. Have them all perform obligatory monthly test like actresses, and ban anyone who didn't pass. Or at least, don't let them do penetration scene. This is why the hierarchy exists and the only few who make it on top are the one disciplined and responsible enough to keep their tools clean.

Implied where? The actor hierarchy she explained is nothing new, it's public knowledge and hinted nothing at actors being Yakuza members. It's just a career path for anyone wanting to be male porn actor, Emiri brought it up to make a point that the actors actually have it tougher than the actresses.
There's nothing really new or revelatory in that Emiri's interview. Shimiken's article in GQ is more honest and interesting in comparison.
