Anyways TL;DR
- Meiro debuted
- Roa felt her accent is unique to her setting and asked management if they can ask Meiro to stop
- Management relays Roa's request to Meiro
- Meiro took this extremely personally and threatened graduation
- Management sensed "boy we have to stop this from turning into a mess" and is attempting to mediate the two into a resolution
- One week later Meiro sent in a formal request to terminate the contract despite management trying to pacify her
- The week AFTER that Meiro said she's not graduating after all (is this Shiina?), management sighs in relief
- Meiro did the stream where she talked about this
- Management warned her for it (apparently something about the stream breaks a contract item), recommends temporary leave to let things cool down while we try to find a compromise
- Meiro sent in a SECOND formal request to graduate. Again, management advised her to chill a bit but she pushed through. Management had no choice but to nod and process it.
- Meiro then tried to cancel her contract termination, but management decided they're dealing with a menhera and decided to let her go by way of graduation.
- After this Meiro went nuclear and leaked the information to nrkm
- Ichikara's shifted gears from graduation to contract termination, and the first notice is sent out. (Narukami probably realized this and made up his own termination notice)

In addition, management has received the contact history between Meiro and Roa (3rd page). In this page they try really hard to make Roa not sound like a bully despite her having blocked Meiro on Twitter.
