I personally think it's fine since it's not used as a 'look, Satoko is naked, time to fap!' but as a direct shock of showing her naked for half a second, showing her run away naked rather than the narration showing her naked.
It also plays with a common theme that Ryukishi likes to play with that what defines humans are clothes, and when you remove our clothes, we become animals.
This works in a kinky lewd way, that it's more lewd if a girl is wearing clothes while naked (and when people are naked in bed, they're beasts in bed, hue hue)) but removing the last piece of cloth to run away shows Satoko thew away her humanity just to stay safe.

But of course, without love it cannot be seen, so tumblr doesn't understand.

Not to say that their view is completely vapid either. It is true that the Satoko sprite is arguably overly sexualized, with large hips and showing her vagina bones, but the original sprite had the same proportions, so there's nothing to argue about. I think it's because the original sprite is not 'pretty' that it's given a free pass.
