There is no reward for hardwork within Nogizaka. Look at Kawamura for fucks sake. They never even attempt to give her a chance, and she has more talent than half of the group combined. A lot of the early graduated members in the group complained about it, and while you can pretend to ignore it forever there comes a point in time when its no longer something you can ignore.

The only thing Nogizaka cares about nowadays if how much of a cabaret whore you can be at handshake events. Why else would a worthless bitch like Eto Misa be in the front row? Hoshimina has an awful attitude, complains about everything, skips practice, puts zero effort into everything, and management constantly gives her push after push. It's just disgusting to see Nogizaka's image be completely degraded into a collection of cabaret whores like Eto Misa and Nishino being in the front. Nishino's fake timid character is the most obnoxious garbage ever. How can anyone believe that shit when she was full Gyaru straight out of Osaka for the first singles?

Nishino is constantly late (Shiraishi straight up said this in an interview), has an awful attitude, and yet she is promoted because she tricks stupid cucks into thinking she's a timid girl at handshake events like a hostess.
