Looting over here works like looting does for street-gangs with a bit of a mafia twist on it. “You fuck with me and not pay me back, I’ll rob your fucking house mofo,” sorta shiet. It’s entirely justified, as the law-of-the-land isn’t as respected as it is in first world countries, so it must fall on the people to organize an enforcement of these laws. Whatever practices they may use to do it, would vary in both morality and intensity, and, are thus, justifiable.
