The very thing that allows the chuubas to shine is the thing that is destroying the kayfabes, that is Cover's mismanagement. If they didn't have such flexibility to find their talent, whether it be by being funny, chaotic, irreverent, sexy or autistic, they wouldn't shine as brightly. They actually treat their job like the early days of youtube.
But because the world has changed, management needs to be more and more involved in the content of the holos, to moderate chat interactions, opsec, and technical issues. I worry this would change the way the holos make content, I worry it will stress some out to the point where hololive is no longer fun to be in.
And the more time goes on, as the holos become more popular, weirdos will dig and break the kayfabe to the point where its hard to maintain the act; it will eventually disillusion many.
