This. Look up the DSM-IV and start rattling off symptoms to your Doc or therapist. Meet for 2 or 3 sessions. Get a written assessment or Rx. Ask for copies of your records, forward to SSA. Follow up and appeal any decision with additional progress reports from your doc if necessary. God Bless America.
