I understand Valkyrie Dimension and it's not even broken, just incredibly difficult considering its opening stream is at the peak speed at which a human can consistently stream and all the crossover stepjumps which have to be cheesed via awkward bracketing that's incredibly difficult to perform consistently within Perfect window.

It's literally VD's opening stream with crossovers, except there's two of them. Maybe I overstated its relative difficulty, but it's comparable.

I quick trip to Google found me this. I can't verify its accuracy, but it looks like the PERFECT window doesn't get smaller than 2.5 frames in the modern games. Even VJ is 3.5 frames, which is only slightly tighter than DDR's PERFECT.
