You're most welcome. What I ended up doing is I took a screenshot of the steam version and waifu2x'd it to get the kanji in as high a resolution as possible. From there it was just a matter of fitting them onto Kasumi's frame in sections. I even distorted sections to fit the folds of her clothes.
