Nowhere in her contract is a clause that says she cannot have a child with the husband of her master. It's not undermining her love life either because the calculated impact is zero, it was all consensual you see; and technically Ran is Yukari by extension of being possessed by Yukari as part of being a Shikigami. Not to mention marking a directive as classified in the contract is dubious at best. Not only that, but by popping out a kid (or several) it upholds the first three directives which are plainly stated. These children can serve the growing Yakumo family and matriarch. These children are undeniably going to be powerful and can protect Gensokyo and it's interests. And obviously popping out more half-Youkai upholds the dominance of their kind.
